Re-union for pupils of Riley Technical High School
A few of the Old Contemptibles are planning a re-union for anyone who started at Riley Technical High School, Parkfield Drive, Hull in September of 1960. They would have started in classes 1A, 1B, 1C and L2 and left the Fifth form in July 1965. Those of us who are in contact agree that the education we received during our time at Riley was second to none and we all have many happy memories of our time there. When we started, the school building was only about 3 years old with first class facilities - we were indeed, a very lucky bunch! It had originally been in the Boulevard, not too far away.
It would be great to meet up with as many as possible to share memories and tales
